Email notification for Product Ordered & Product Paid

    Hi guys,
    I need help – when a customer orders from our site normally you and the customer will get an email about Products/s being ordered then once they purchase you and the customer get a confirmation of payment.

    At the moment when ordering – the customer and I don’t receive emails and once paid it just goes to the homepage and still shows product in cart.

    Please help? I don’t know what to do to make
    1. Customer and I to get email once they have chosen their products and are ready to pay (normally its a – payment pending email)
    2. Customer and I to get an email once they have paid.

    If you could help that would be greatly appreciated 🙂
