 * We installed the plugin and it seems to work fine except when a customer requests
   to withdraw from an order there is no email sent to the store admin notifying
   them of the request?

 * Hi Eoin, thanks for the report — and apologies for the late reply!
 * This has since been addressed: admin email notifications were added in a later
   release. Please update to the latest version (1.2.3) and the store admin will
   receive an email whenever a customer submits a withdrawal request.
 * If it still doesn’t arrive after updating, it’s worth checking your site’s general
   email delivery (a test: see whether other WooCommerce emails like order confirmations
   are coming through) — but the notification itself is now built in.
