# Email notification doesn't work!!

 * Hello everyone:
    I’m having a problem with the email notifications for comments
   in my site. I don’t know why, but I’m not getting those emails..
 * Checked spam email.
    Email notifications are turned on. Checked that the email
   address is correct..
 * Any idea what’s going on here?

    Try installing a [plugin](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/email-notification-doesnt-work-2/wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/?output_format=md)
   to make sure there is no SMTP issue for emailing. thanks
