# Email notification

 * Is there a reason that when someone submits a ticket, I am not emailed a notification
   of it? I filled out the notification settings but still nothing happens. Thanks
   in advance.

 * I was not able to reproduce it. Did you fill out the “Send to” field in the settings?
   If you did and still it does not work then it means you need to check your admin
   email spam or ability to send emails from your site at all.
