 * When setting up the email notification, can the plugin be set up to send an email
   notification to somebody other than the website admin? In other words, is there
   somewhere I can type in an email address of a person to be notified of each purchase?

 * Yes, this email feature working perfectly fine.
 * Actually we are using PayPal IPN for email send, so should wait for few min for
   PayPal IPN response.
 * You should get email notification for min/second delay some time due to heavy
   traffic.
 * Let me know if any.
