Email notification

http://www.maddiej.co.nz I don’t get a email notification when a order has been placed I have had this problem for sometime I have tried everything i can think of to sort this problem. I have Deactivated all other pulgins other than jigoshop but still no email. uninstalled jigoshop and then installed it again but nope still don’t work. Could it be my Theme but it use to work and there has been no new updates for my theme in a very long time. I also have tried this forum before but nothing lol.
