 * We receive the notification from someone who has completed the form. Problem 
   is, the content is as follows:
 * _From: Jenny Smallridge
    Subject: Investments
 * Message Body:
    Looking for advice on my investments
 * The ‘From’ field display the visitors name and not their email address??, and
   yet the Mail settings are:
    _From: [your-name] <[your-email]> Subject: [your-
   subject]
 * Message Body:
    [your-message]
 * So the email does not show, and we cannot contact the visitor.
 * Please can you help with what is going wrong here?

 * I recommend you add the following in Additional headers:
 *     ```
       Additional headers:​
       Sender: noreply@yourdomain.com
       Reply-To: [your-name] <[your-email]>​​
       ```
   
 * This is a more reliable way of being able to reply to emails sent via CF7 – see
   [http://kb.cf7skins.com/contact-form-7-email-issues/#add-additional-headers](http://kb.cf7skins.com/contact-form-7-email-issues/#add-additional-headers).
 * ​​Using the default From: [your-name] <[your-email]> is risky and can definitely
   cause problems with sending emails. You need hosting that allows any email to
   be used as the From: email. Lots of quality hosting does that, but some hosts
   don’t (for various reasons)- see [http://kb.cf7skins.com/contact-form-7-email-issues/#your-email](http://kb.cf7skins.com/contact-form-7-email-issues/#your-email).
