Email not working

My other plugins are sending mail. I do not receive any listing notifications. I added wp smpt plugin which sends with wp_mail to try and resolve it but still nothing sends. Thank you

All my settings are as you display.
Perhaps you could point me to somewhere else to look.
One test, I logged in as a listing user and altered my listing. As the user I got an email but admin did not.
Registering on the website form nobody gets an email.
I have done a php mail test to make sure that was working and I have also tried with (and without) upgraded wp-smtp mail.
Listings are going in successfully
Any further suggestions you can think of?
