Email not sent to the guest user from mailchimp

    Hello,

    We are using mail subscription using the mailchimp. if guest user subscribe using the mailchimp and add products to the cart then Abandon cart mail not sent to that user.

    Please let us know your thoughts about the same.

    Hi,

    We do not capture the cart if the user subscribes using MailChimp and abandon the cart. So, our plugin will not send email notification.

    Our Abandoned Cart LITE plugin will capture the guest user’s information once the user enters an email address on the checkout page and leave the site.

    Hello Chetna,

    Thanks for your replay! There is any way to create the abandon cart while user subscribes to our newsletter so, we can create the abandon cart using the items that find in the cart.

    Let me know your thoughts/inputs about the same.

    Hi Ajay,

    No, currently, it is not possible to create abandoned carts in our plugin when the user subscribes to your newsletter on the site.
