I have abandoned a cart on your site as a guest user for the testing purpose. I will let you know once I will receive the abandoned cart reminder email.
Also, I would like to let you know the cart capture mechanism of our plugin.
1) Guest user( Non-registered user ):
Abandoned carts of guest users are tracked after the user enters the email address in the “Email Address” field on the Checkout Page.
2) Logged-in user:
For logged-in users, carts are tracked from the time when they add the first product to their cart.
Can you please let me know you have abandoned a cart in the same way? Can you share with us the screenshot of Abandoned Orders tab?

Hello, thank you for your help!
I tried to do it through an unregistered user, always pointed to different email. I found this letter I received! But in the settings I set that there should be an email 1 hour after abandoned baskets and 3 days later.
It is unfortunately only one letter which the setting is after 3 days.

From my understanding, do you mean that you are able to receive the second email template which you have set for the three days and you are unable to receive the first email template?
As I had mentioned that I had abandoned a cart on your site as a guest user and I am able to receive the first email template on Jan 8, 2019, 7:52 PM( As per IST timezone ). The subject of the template is: Привет, Chetna!! Вы оставили кое-что важное в корзине. If you are comfortable then I can share with you the screenshot here.

Okay, thanks! For some reason I do not deliver the first letter, which should come in an hour. Deliver only the 2nd letter which has to come in 3 days. And better that I should come 2 letter one for hours and second one after 3 days.

Yes, I agree with you that you should receive an abandoned cart reminder email of the first email template after an hour.
For my cart which I had abandoned for the testing purchase, I am able to receive the first and second reminder email. You can see the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/m6za0z
The first reminder email, I had received after an hour and the second abandoned cart reminder email I had received after 3 days.
Can you please provide us the proper steps how are you abandoning the cart? So, I can abandon it in the same way.
Also, can you check the spam folder of your email address? As sometimes emails are moved to there.
