• Hi,
    By the end of October the plug-in does not work well. Emails are sent but they do not come to anyone except one mail address (but not always).
    All email domains are different, so it’s not a single domain issue. Do you know how to help me understand?

  • To help you, I have 2 blogs, one with jetpack and the other without. The email problem is the same for both.

    Hello,
    I just did a newsletter sending test by having disabled all my plugins. Even by doing this, they do not arrive in the mailboxes.

    Problem solved, it was OVH who had blocked my emails. Thank you again and congratulations for your great plugin!

    The problem has been solved with the new release.

    This should resolve your issue.

    Yesterday I published a new post but it has not been sent to subscribers.
    Last week it was sent.

    Let us check things one by one.
    1. Have you followed all the steps in this article:- Subscribers not receiving emails.
    2. Are you using a free email or a private mail service? Meaning are you using (“something@gmaill.com/something@yahoo.com OR you are using “abc@somedomainname.com”)?
    3. Are you using send emails immediately method OR Cron Job Method?
    4. If Send mail immediately method are you using any SMTP plugin. If yes, Kindly name it. If not, kindly use EASY WP SMTP plugin.
    5. If you are using Cron Job Method, Kindly make sure your cron is configured properly and is set to less than 15 mins & you have input the correct email count per year.
    6. Are you using any security plugins? If yes, Kindly name them.

    Kindly let me know your views on the same.
