Email not sending after form filled in

    Since I updated my wordpress to 5.5 Forminator doesn’t send the form to the admin Email I filled in the options where the forum need to be sent. All the plug-ins have the latest version.

    And after you click to ‘send’ there will be a small loading icon that seems to be loading forever and the succesfull text will never show up. But when I check the filled in forms in the plug-in itself, you will find all the information what is filled in.

    How can I resolve this problem?

    Hi @rsvrenata,

    Could you try installing a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/ to track the logs of your emails.
    Submit the form and check in the logs if there are any errors, and if there are let us know what they are which will hopefully tell us what is going on.

    Also, have you checked if the default WP emails are working, like new user registraion, password reset, etc?

    Hi Predrag,

    Thanks for replying. I have downloaded the plug-in to track the logs of my emails. As soon as I fill in a form and send it. The icon is still endless rotating and there will no email send to my mailbox.

    The WP-mail logging doesn’t give me any errors. I see the information I filled in the form as I should get when I click ‘View’ but it doesn’t send it. I even tried WP mail SMTP plug-in, to setup the correct configuration, without succes.

    What I found out when I updated my WordPress to 5.5 Is that WPBakery stopped working to edit. the solution was to download ‘Enable jQuery Migrate Helper’ (version 1.0.1). The same rules applied for Forminator. When I downloaded jQuery migrate helper, the forms started to show again on the webpage. But maybe that couses the problem it will not send the emails anymore to my mailbox.
