Hello, my test emails don’t seem to be mobile-responsive. They look great on desktop and tablet but the text is too small on mobile. Is there something I am missing?
We couldn’t replicate the issue when we tested the scenario on our end. Are you using any third-party email clients? Hello, I just opened the email on my iPhone mail app. Here is a screen recording. When I rotate the screen it looks responsive but not when I have it normally.
I’m having the same issue on my phone. If vertical the “Hi Sherlock, Just to let you – we’ve received your order…” shows very small. When rotated horizontal, the text looks good at the size I set in the Decorator (20px).
Exact same issue here, under iOS16 + Mail.app the responsive doesn’t not work, the width of 600px is not broken down… as you can see on @beachytones video capture. … i guess do you confirm ?

PS : is it possible to make Webtoffe Decorator to be Active for ALL outgoing Messages from WP, not only Woocommerce ?

We have tested the scenario on our test sites and we can confirm that the issue persists in mobile view even if the plugin is deactivated. Therefore we can assure you that the issue is not caused by the Decorator plugin.
Could you please check the same on your end and verify?
