I just installed Clean Login on a wordpress.com site, which also uses s2member framework. It seems great, except when I try to enable the Email notification for new users, and put a message in the textarea box. Every time I save the settings, the message gets overwritten with “1”. I have just installed the plugin, version 1.12.4.8 and my theme is twentytwenty. WordPress is Version 5.7.
If I update the options directly from the WordPress Options screen (options.php), it works, but as soon as I go to the Clean Login settings and press Save, the message changes to “1” again. Is something being saved in the emailnotificationcontent field which sets it to TRUE instead of saving the message string?
Thanks for any pointers to what is causing this.
