 * I’m looking for something similiar to [12all](http://activecampaign.com/12all/)
   but $100 bucks seems a bit much. Anyone have any ideas? I’ve tried PHPlist, but
   don’t really like the webbased admin.

 * Mailman works very well, is free, and most linux-server hosts have it installed
   and available already.
 * [But then again, looking at the site you linked, if what you want is spam listservs,
   you probably won’t find that sort of thing glowingly recommended here.]

 * Thanks… do you know if there is a way you limit the group from posting to the
   list, and just have the admin be able to send messages?

 * please i will like to know how to set up or use an STMP, i bought a mailler for
   my company but i have not been able to resolve the STMP server problem. or is
   there any mailler that does not make use of an STMP.
