  • That’s enough information to figure out what the problem might be. Make a test page that we can get to that shows the problem & post the URL back here so we can try it.

If you can’t make a public test page then you might also try disabling all other plugins to see if that fixes it.

You can test it from tab link “Deneme Surumu Indir” at http://ezcam.com.tr/wp/urun-detay/ezmill-pro/

    thank you

Most likely the problem has to do with the fact that you are using a non-English language. Other people have had trouble with that.

I can’t see what’s causing the 500 error — it would be in your webserver error log or possibly in a wordpress error file or maybe php log, depending on how you have things set up (most likely in webserver error log).

There are a couple of things you can do here. First, I would go into Download Monitor and look at one of the files you uploaded. There will be a field sort of in the upper right area of the screen that has the URL for that file. Copy that URL and paste it into your browser and see if that works. I’m guessing it won’t. If it doesn’t, then that’s where the problem lies (in Download Monitor).

I suspect that if you upload a new file and the filename is only english-compatible characters (nothing with accents or umlauts or anything or than plain english-style letters) and you make the file title the same way and you make a Page in wordpress with a shortcode for that file only (or do two files if you want) then I’ll bet that will work. Make sure there are no spaces or punctuation of any kind in the filename and in the file title (right now you have parentheses in the file title, don’t do that, see if that helps)

also, if you have “masked” turned on in the EBD settings, try turning it off.
