Email + language + problem on page

Hi everybody,

I have several problems on my website:

1- my clients don’t receive any emails from my website when they book a service. I contacted Bookly (plugin) support and they told me everyhting is ok for them. So can you help me to resolve the problem? I don’t know why emails dont work.

2- My back office is now in english. I would like it in french. In settings, I choose french but nothing change, always in english.

3- On the page https://www.espace-regard.com/mon-compte/
Under “related posts” there was “mes rendez-vous”, when the client clicked on it, he had a list of all his appointments. I don’t know why it disappeared. Now, I can only see “related posts”. I would like to have “mes rendez-vous” and delete “related posts”.
