Email invites are sent but after confirmation nothing happens

    So, I wanted to test how this plugin works and I sent an invitation to myself (to a second email address, not used on the test site). The email invitation was sent and received without errors, but after confirmation from the received email message nothing happens, only the test site was opened, without registration of the new user. I tried to activate/desactivate the new users registration, but the result was same.

    Invite Anyone 1.0.26
    BuddyPress 2.0.1

    P.S. The today last version of this plugin is 1.2.1. Why WordPress does not update it?

    UPDATE
    After manual update to the 1.2.1 version invitations are not sent anymore.

    I found the answer here, so I marked this topic as resolved. About that invitations are not sent, this was an email issue.

    I’ve sent 2 invites but they are not going through for some reason. It shows that they are sent in the profile section but no invites are actually going out. Can anyone tell me what’s going on with this function for ‘invite anyone’
