Email incorrect on User registration

    Hello!

    If I have an account registered end delete it, when I try to register a new account using the same email the previous deleted account had, I get the error message “The email you entered is incorrect”.

    It looks like it is still detecting the previous used email.

    I’m not using cache plugins. I also tried to clear the user cache in Ultimate Member Dashboard. But the error message is still happening.

    I appreciate any suggestion to solve this. Thank you.

    Hello @rafaelzrt

    Did you delete the account from wp-admin > users? Ultimate member does not prevent from using the deleted account email address. I suggest you try a theme/plugins conflict test on your site just to make sure it is not related to other plugins or your active theme.

    Yes, I deleted trough admin>users.

    Thank you for the confirmation that Ultimate Member doesn’t prevent this.

    I tried to delete an accont trough the account page and I’m able to recreate it.

    The problem might be other plugin.
