email in ticket

    as a ticket creator, I have the history of my exchange. However, I see the email of the person who answered me (the support person) appear. I do not want the support person’s email to appear. I have not found an option for this. Does it exist? if not which is the php file which I must modify so that this information does not appear?

    You can find in
