    Hello Felix,

    Sorry for the late response.

    This could have two reasons:
    1. It could be a javascript conflict/error with another plugin or a theme.
    It’s quite difficult to say what’s wrong.

    2. Your account is not correct connected to Zendesk.
    For this you need to create an API key and you’ve to fill in your account details in plugin configuration.
