email in ticket form is not working (2 posts)

    this plugin is really sometinng I am looking for, but when I put the ticket form in my account page, and i tried send ticket via the ticket form, it does not work. no email has been sent out.

    is that bcs I updated hostgator mx record ( i tested my email, it works perfect)? pls advise. thanks

    Hello Felix,

    Sorry for the late response.

    This could have two reasons:
    1. It could be a javascript conflict/error with another plugin or a theme.
    It's quite difficult to say what's wrong.

    2. Your account is not correct connected to Zendesk.
    For this you need to create an API key and you've to fill in your account details in plugin configuration.
