I am not sure it is an issue or not

importing new users i have get this error on one single record

[INVALID EMAIL] 0398jfoo@m******r.com;Lisa;s******p

Appear the email is correct, but cannot start with digits

Uhm, it should have not problems with digits. Try to import only a single line and check to set the separator correctly.
