• I do not think my e-mail address is visible on my site — but I want to make sure it’s as protected as it can be. To get to it, users must click on the page, ASK ME, and when they click ASK ME on that page, it opens up the e-mail window and my e-mail address appears there. Is that the best I can do to protect it to protect it from spam? The address is susiej . com

  • No. Use a contact form.
Once it is on a page(Page) it doesn’t matter it isn’t on the frontpage. It is there for every email harvester…

    Thanks

Also, if you allow user registration they will see IP address and e-mail of those who posted comments, whether it’s you or somebody else. You can find the solution here http://wordpress.org/support/topic/51229

    h8dk97,
you either don’t read the posts or you just write to pimp your ideas 🙂
Having a contact form (instead of a bare email) on the site – has nothing to do with registering. Your comments above are totally irrelevant to the topic of this thread.
