• I’ve set up a contact form on my website using the WP-Mail-SMTP plugin, which I would like to send a copy of the email to my website’s mailbox as well as a copy to my hotmail account.

I’ve set the SMTP authentication to ‘true’ and the WPMS_SMTP_USER to my email forwarder that I get from my isp….in other words: “I followed all the instruction that come with the plugin”.

I’ve tried sending an email from the contact form on my website, and it works. a copy is sent to my website’s mailbox, but the copy that was intended for my hotmail account always ends up in the junk folder eventhough I have set my website’s mailbox as “safe” in my hotmail account.

    Any suggestions?

    Also, and this the catch:

When I send an email to my website’s inbox not using the contact form, everything works perfectly.

I’m guessing it’s something to do with the actual plug-in
