Email form for offline is locked

    In admin for WPGive I want to change the email template for offline emdails. The overview page shows that this specific entry has a lock. How to remove this lock so I can edit it?

    Hey @aptol,

    Happy to clarify here.

    You don’t need to remove the lock in order to edit or activate it. When you hover over the email template, you can click on Edit to edit it. It should be also active (if it’s green).
