• Emails sent from forms blocks will set the From: address to the email field value…the site visitor’s email in other words. This causes problems with received emails being detected as spam. The user’s email should be put in the ReplyTo: field and the WordPress default would be best in the From: address. Is there a fix for this? An enhancement would be to have this be settable per-form.

Followup… The install I’m using is on GoDaddy’s WP hosting, and they put in a plugin of their own called CoBlocks. It is unclear if these editing blocks are involved in this issue. No branding or identification of what block object is being used while editing on the WP back end. I don’t want to implicate Sinatra directly, but maybe someone has a comment on this.

    Hey @budsy,

Sinatra theme does not provide a form block. I’d say that it’s coming from the CoBlocks plugin.

Try using an SMTP plugin for WordPress to improve email deliverability.
