    Hi guys,

    I recently implemented the plugin. While I understand the free vs pro differences, I have a problem. From the shop storefront (here)once you had the gift card to the basket, you are not prompted to choose the email of the receiver. Therefore, it is not a great UX, and people might get confused.

    Is there a way of overcoming this?

    This appears to be a conflict with the theme. The gift card plugin requires the main product page in order to display the To / From / Message fields. However your theme is trying to display the amounts in a modal on the browse products page.

    This isn’t supported by the gift card plugin. Instead, the browse products page should show a “Select Amount” button rather than “Add To Cart” but this is being overridden by the theme. Contact your Theme developer to see if the default behavior can be provided for the gift card product so that “Select Amount” button takes the customer to the gift card product page.
