Just to be more clear – the idea is that the message gets delivered to any address/value entered in the pods email field that the BB contact form email field is linked to.
Cheers!
How are you doing the Field Connector to your email field? That’s how that sort of stuff works. If the Field Connector isn’t using the field, the problem would then be in the Contact Form module.
@boonika Never heard a reply from the above. Are you still experiencing the issue? Did you come up with another solution?
I’ve not heard anymore from you on this issue, so I’m closing it. If you’re still having a problem, please open a new support issue.
OK, I didn’t see this either. I didn’t manage to fix it so I just replaced Beaver Builder’s contact form with Gravity form which fixed the problem. In it, I’ve created a hidden field, under Advanced I’ve checked “Allow field to be populated dynamically” and have added author_email as Parameter Name.
Hi @jimtrue,
I’m having the same issue. I connect the standard Beaver contact form to a custom field and the emails are going to site admin rather than to the email entered in the custom field.
Does anyone have a solution to this issue rather than using a different form plug in?

@ingadesign When you reply to an already resolved ticket, no one is made aware of it, unfortunately. This is something you would need to escalate to the ‘creator’ of the Contact Form. If the field connector is letting you connect to an email field, then the contact form should send appropriately. If it’s not, that’s an issue with the contact form module, not our plugin.
You need to address this with Beaver Builder/Beaver Themer support, which you pay for premium access to.
