# Email embed code

 * I’m looking for a countdown timer I can create on my website to embed into emails.
   Is this possible?

 * Thank you for reaching out with your request. Embedding a countdown timer directly
   into emails is a bit challenging due to the limitations of most email clients,
   which generally do not support JavaScript or iframes.

 * Thanks so much for answering my question so quickly. I’ve looked at your app 
   and love the setup but was hoping somehow I could adapt it for email as opposed
   to the website
 * I did find a website that does countdown timers specifically for email called
   MotionMail and works fine. I set it up much like yours and instead of a shortcut,
   they give me a code. I embed the code into my email HTML block and it works fine.
 * Lot’s of companies are now including countdown timers in their email. Therefore,
   I thought I’d ask if you knew a way of using yours for this purpose so I could
   use my website instead of theirs.
