• I just got the plugin, and I’m really happy with the options I have even with the free version. Looking to purchase to business license if I can solve this issue.

When creating or editing an email, I can do whatever I want as long as I am on the “text” tab in the editor. As soon as I click “visual” I lose my editing box and its tool bar. If I click “visual” a second time, I can get the tool bar back, but the text box is gone, and clicking “text” doesn’t bring it back either.

Is there a setting somewhere that I am missing or is it a conflict with one of my other plugins. I use Chrome mostly, but I tried Firefox as well, and I got the same issue. And while I can create the emails just fine using the text editor, one of the other employees will be in charge of this and he doesn’t know HTML, so he would need the visual editor to work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a conflict. Could you provide this info, but remove your domain name from the output?

It’s probably a script issue. Try this to see if we can narrow it down.

I went through disabled and re-enabled all of our plugins one by one….its our cforms plugin that is causing the conflict. The issue comes with the fact that I need that cforms plugin to be on a lot of the time. Is there anything that can be done to allow them both to run simultaneously?

That is excellent information. Let me talk with our development team and see if we can duplicate the issue. If so, hopefully we can resolve it for you. It’s also possible that the other plug-in developer may need to make a change. I will keep you posted. Thanks for the information

Just wanted to let you know that we have it on our list to investigate and hopefully fix the cForms conflict. Can’t say for sure when it will be released, but hopefully no more than a few weeks.

We have not had a chance to fix the issue with cForms. It is written up on our list and we will probably get to it once we release post notifications for SendPress Pro. We have been a little backed up trying to get that released.
