    Hi @wordpresssites,

This error usually indicates that there are permission issues due to the Secret Key (and all tokens that were generated using that key) being invalidated. This could happen when the Gmail password is changed or when 2FA is enabled.

To resolve this you’ll need to regenerate tokens by going to the > Credentials page. Click on the Edit screen for your credentials and Reset Secret after that. Here’s the button you need to click

Alternatively, you can go through all the steps in our setup tutorial again.

    I hope this helps!

    Thanks! 🙂

    Thanks Sanjeev.

I did change my Gmail password a few days ago which clearly caused a problem. Fixed now following your solution.

I am receiving this message on the top of my dashboard, but my emails and forms are working fine. Why would I still be receiving this message?

Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you,

    Hi Krystyna,

Did you change your Gmail password or enabled 2FA recently? The error on the dashboard appears if your last email fails, and should be dismissed if your next email is sent successfully. Maybe some kind of caching prevented the notice to dismiss right away.
