# Email customization

 * Hi,
 * I’m trying to customize the email for the two-factor authentification, and despite
   following the documentation, I still receive the default email.
 * Here is the path of my field : `\web\app\themes\mytheme\shield_templates\email\
   lp_2fa_email_code.twig`
 * I don’t understand where is the problem, I copy and past the file, and add an“
   Hello World” but it doesn’t work. Is there an option or something else that I’m
   missing ?
 * I’m using WordPress 5.8.1 with Bedrock, and the plugin is installed with Composer
   in version 12.0.13.
 * Also, is there a way to fully customize the page with the form of the verification
   code ?

 * Regarding your question “Is there a way to fully customize the page with the 
   form of the verification code?”, you can only replace Shield’s logo with your
   own. This can be done with our White Label feature.
 * White Label gives you the opportunity to customise plugin name, company name,
   site URL, OTP logo, etc.
 * For example, you can customise 2FA email content (template) and then customise
   it further by replacing Shield plugin name with your own Plugin Name:

 * Thank you for the guide, unfortunatly this is exactly the one that I followed…
   🙁
 * I also try to deactivate all my plugins, except Shield Security of course, and
   the result is the same : I still don’t receive my custom email. And if I delete
   the original lp_2fa_email_code.twig, I receive an error (_Could not render Twig
   with following Exception: Unable to find template “/email/lp\_2fa\_email\_code.
   twig” (looked into: [project path]\web\app\plugins\wp-simple-firewall\/templates/
   twig)._), plugin seems to not look for the file in my theme.
 * Have you ever heard of conflits with some themes or configurations ? Because 
   I really don’t understand where can be the problem.
