    Hello.

    First let me say I really like your plugin.

    I have developed a site and when i tested the BOOK NOW form its says {“result”:0,”message”:”Your Item Has Been added but the email could not be sent.<br \/>\nPossible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function.”}

    and also tested the trip enquire form its says “Your Enquiery has been added but the email could not be sent.
    Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function.
    so if you could kindly help me with it it would be really thankfull

    Thanks in advance for your assistance.

  • Hello @kinleyjamtsho,

    The e-mail feature for both booking/payments and inquiries are sent via PHP mail() function.

    If you are getting e-mail sending error messages, please make sure that your website server has not disabled mail functionality.

    Also, if you are using your website with localhost, the emails are also not sent.

    Please check and verify the mail() functionality in your server and write back to us if the issue persists.

    You can also post your queries to the plugin’s official support forum for dedicated and quick support at :

    Hi,

    Thank you for the response. I have resolved the issue. Actually, the mail function in this plugin will fetch the admin mail id. The thing is that the admin mail id should match the domain of website. .i.e if the url is xyz.com the admin mail id should be name@xyz.com. So, I changed my admin mail id. It’s working now and there is nothing wrong with the plugin. I loved the plugin.

    Regards,
    Usha
