Email Confirmation Not Sending

    In the global section I have an email listed. In the settings position for the individual job posting I have the identical email listed. However when I submit through the website, the email address does not receive a notification. However on the back end it does record the submission. Not sure if this is an issue with the plugin or an email validation issue? Either way the confirmation email is not sending. If I send an email directly to the email address, it works fine.

    Hi @runarndgtndizzy,

    sorry for long delay.

    First of all, is your website send some other emails/notifications to your email?
    Also please check spam folder.
    I just submited the form, and havent noticed any issues there…
    Also is it possible for you to sher log file from the server?

    I am having the same problem that emails are not making it to me but the submission is recorded within WP. They are not in spam or junk. Curious if there was any resolution.

    I ended up having to use an SMTP plugin. I think I used the one from WPForms. This plugin rerouted and forced the emails to be sent.
