# Email confirmation doesn’t work

 * After registration the user doesn’t receive any mail from the system.
    2 days
   ago I tried and the mails arrived after some hours, on the contrary today no 
   mail arrives in the inbox of the users. Can you please check and solve this problem?
   I must confirm the user to log but if they don’t even reveice the confirmation
   mail, they don’t even know the can log in. So this is a big problem because I
   recevive mail every day where the ask me to check if they can log in or not. 
   Please I need you to fix this problem Thank you

 * Thank you for mentioning the issue in detail and providing the link to the site.
   
   However, when I visited the site and did a test registration, I came to know 
   that you have used “Admin Approval after Registration” in the Login Options in
   your Individual form settings. You have to select “Email Confirmation after Registration”
   in the Login options so that the users can receive the confirmation email.

   and then change the login options. After that, it should do the job.
