Email Cancel and approve link triggering

    When I add the Cancel and Approve links to the email that goes to the admin. The appointment approves and cancel without admin intervention.
    Is there a setting that will cause this behavior?

    Hello,

    I’ll be happy to help you.

    It seems that links are opened automatically by your email system in order to scan the content of emails for security reason. You can check if your email provider has any setting to disable this. As an alternative you can use customer’s cancellation links instead of admin’s, but this approach will not for for the approval links.

    One last question. What is the difference between the admin links and the customer link that will cause the email to be inspected or not?

    Customer cancellation link requires confirmation by entering valid email address. This is difference from the admin link.
