# Email button does not work

 * I’ve set up a form for a rental property. User fills out the form and then it
   gets emailed to the administrator.

 * The button at the end of the form is simply not working.
 * In the email setting tab I have entered the administration’s email without anything
   added, just [name@domain.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/email-button-does-not-work/name@domain.com?output_format=md).
 * The from field is still <{{email}}>
 * CC and BCC are blank.
 * I cant get this form to submit. Any advice?

 * Sorry about that,
    I resolved the issue. It seemed to be that the fields in the
   email are case sensitive against the “id” fields in the form. So if the ID was:
   Phonenumber, and in the email template I put phonenumber, it would not work.
 * I’ve gone through and made sure all of the placeholders in the email template
   EXACTLY matched the id fields and we’re golden.
