    Hi,

    From the message content you did receive I think you did not fill in the E-mail tab of the contact form 7.
    In this tab you must repeat the fields from the form tab (with if required some additional text).
    The form tab constructs the form on the page. The E-mail constructs the email send.

    While looking at your page I wonder if you did go through the settings of the plugin like the “default occupation” of the rooms. If this option is still 0 no bookings are allowed. In the next release I will set this value as default to 2.
    In the “list of rooms” enter the name of the room, in your case Queen_Suite

    Hi,

    Yes I guess I missed that email tab part, so I went over it. Default occupation is set at 2 as well as the List of Rooms is Queen_Suite

    But something came up anew, now the form is giving this error –
    Validation errors occurred. Please confirm the fields and submit it again.

    This is the error showing under the “Check-out” field –
    No room available for these dates or number of persons

    Hi,

    I am not able to reproduce your situation.
    Do you have access to the error file of the server? If so have a look if there are any errors.

    Can you give me how the settings of the plugin are? (for the list of rooms please a copy and paste)

    Can you try in the List of rooms the setting Queen_Suite&persons=2

    I changed the List of Rooms to Queen_Suite&persons=2
    and tested on another computer, I still got the same error message –
    No room available for these dates or number of persons
    Validation errors occurred. Please confirm the fields and submit it again.

    Hi,

    I am still not able to reproduce your situation. For me a mystery because the code part is very small.

    To be sure we are on the same version I released version 1.6.1.3.

    Please install this version.

    Hi,

    You’re right, I’m using v1.6.1.2 but how will I update to 1.6.1.3 when I don’t see any update button on the installed plugins page?

    Hi,

    1.6.1.3 is just released. It take WP some time to find this new release. Click on the update tape may help.

    Hi,

    Yes I’ll wait for WP to find the new version. Meanwhile I saw a couple of bookings in the Bookings section.
    Start date – 2016-01-28 End date – 2016-01-31
    Start date – 2016-01-31 End date – 2016-02-04

    Aren’t these 2 bookings supposed to show “booked” on the frontend page’s calendar?
    Also is there a way I can set the dates as mo/day/year?

    Hi,

    If you did enter the status as reserved or booked they should be red in the calendar.
    Did you use in the short code normal quotes (“) instead of curley quotes?

    No the date format must be y-m-d.

    Hi,

    Status booking with ContactForm7 – “Booked”
    Which status must block the external calendar – “Reserved and Booked”
    Default Status – “Reserved”
    This is the shortcode I used – [availbooking name=”Voorkamer”]

    Hi,

    Did you replace “Voorkamer” with “Queen_Suite” ? The shortcode must represent the name of the actual room.

    Awww! I missed that one. Yes now the calendar is showing booked dates. I’m still waiting for WP to show update button.

    Hi,

    Go to the plugin tab and click by WP Availability Calendar & Booking on View Details.
    In the pop-up click on Install latest version

    Hi,

    I didn’t see the “View Details” on plugin tab, so I just deleted it and installed the new version and went over the settings again. But I’m still getting the same error and the calendar shows all red dates.
