I post blog entrys from my cell phone. They end up as iso-8859-1 formated messages in a pop3 mailbox. wp-mail.php picks up the messages and publish them on my blog.
The problem is that my wordpress 1.5 installation uses an utf-8 formated database and the messages are in iso-8859-1. I can’t post in utf-8 from my cell phone.
Is there a iconv hack or something else out there to help me convert my messages to utf-8 before posting the messages to the blog.
