Email blog-posts to WP with imageIcons (Image of poster) possible?

    Is there a way to remote blog (Via email) to WP. and with an image already present in the ImageLibrary eg. xxx.jpg and attach/match this to the blogpost when the poster xxx@anydomain.com sends a post.?

    eg: xxx@anydomain.net >> Sends emal to WP blog >> WP blog posts the content of Email With the Matching ImageIcon of poster (xxx.jpg)

    NOte:

    And would it be possible to restict posters to a specific domain, so that not everybody can post to the WP blog..
