  • I need help with this as well. I found an older post about this but the solution doesn’t make sense with my current version of the plugin. I can’t figure it out. I have version 3.4 and WordPress 4.2.2. Thanks!

    try making your html template be HTML. Or, at least the newline parts. So, where you currently have an empty blank line, you might try like p and slash p or the br. I don’t know how to enter that stuff on this message board without it getting interpreted.

    Hopefully you understand what I meant by the above, but I’ll try something here and see if it’ll show up:

    so like try a <br /> tag where you currently have a blank line in your template. I can't remember if that works or not, but I think it does .. I want to say that even if you are sending text email it translates those back into newlines in text (rather than as html), but I may be confused. anyway, give it a shot. if that doesn't work, try: <p></p>
    on a line by itself. Or, you could always try wrapping your paragraph in that like
    <p>
    this is my paragraph blah blah
    </p>
    and that might work. or, i could be misremembering..

    Thanks! This worked for me. I just inserted the
    tag you mentioned and it worked! Much appreciated!

    Worked for me too! Thank you.
    I’ve inserted <p> on beginning of each paragraph and </p> on the end.
    So simple!
