 * Hi a registered account and email address that was ok yesterday has now been 
   banned by wangguard
 * I can’t see how to unban user manually with the plugin
 * Will I send you the email address?
 * Any suggestions?

 * If you didn’t remove the user, you can whitelist the user (select the user and
   use bulk actions).
 * In any way, please contact using our contact form and tell us the email and user
   IP.

 * The steps are:
 * 1.- Go to WangGuard Users
    2.- Mark the user as Not a Splogger 3.- Mark the user
   as Whitelisted 4.- Contact with us. We will need the user email and the user 
   IP.
