    Hi,

    I synced my MC account with the plugin succesfully. I saw everything in MC but if I create an email automation (for example email confirmation) this is not working.

    I contacted MC support and they said that:
    ,,Thank you for your patience, after testing on my end I can see your woocommerce integration is not pushing API calls to mailchimp after a store activity is completed. I do see all products, customers and products totals synced so to reestablish connection and complete sync so that calls are sent from woo-commerce to mailchimp I suggest disconnecting/reconnecting the woocommerce integration.”

    I did it, but email sending is not working.

    Please help.

    ps: I use Flatsome theme with the latest WordPress and Woocommerce.

    Sorry we figured it out with MC support.

    If you use it with Woocommerce you can’t use the template called ,,Order Confirmation” because there is no trigger for it.

    You can use “Shipping confirmation” If you change the order status to ,,Done”

    Dear MC Support!

    Please fix this issue.

    I am not able to send other automations like First Purchase, Order Confirmation and so on, because of the triggers.

    So I am not able to use the most important parts of the service because of this bugs.
