    Hi,

    I activated email setting in Setting => New Registration (https://ibb.co/vZPNnxF), but the email are not send to my attendees. The email was successfully sent to our admin email, but not to attendees.

    Also I use sendgrid as my email provider and I cant set it up because there is no option in your Mailinglist providers.

    Hi,

    I’m sorry you are having issues here, we’ll get this sorted out for you as soon as possible.

    It looks like you are using WebinarPress Pro which supports debug logging which will help track down the problem.

    Can you please enable logging via the WebinarPress settings page and then try registering for your webinar again. Then go back into the WebinarPress settings page and download the log.

    After that please email the log to us at hello@getwebinarpress.com and we’ll take a look to see what’s going on. We’ll also be able to address your SendGrid issues as well.
