Email and sms is not sent after completing reservation

So I have this problem, I have everything setted up correctly even when I try to send test sms in saloon booking settings it works and it sends me the sms (I am using twilio), but when I try to create reservation as a site visitor it won’t sent the confirmation sms and also email.
