    Hi, we have some issues regarding the Email and Phone required. We have a customer that has ordered from us without filling the email and phone even if we make the field to be required. I’ve uploaded the order that has the blank email and phone and can see the link below.

    As we are testing we see that when you fill-up the phone number a “space” it will read as it has content. We can’t re-create the blank email for now.

    please check if there is a solution for it. Thank you in advance.

    Hi there!

    I was able to reproduce what you described when using an older version of WooCommerce Blocks: 4.0. As soon as I updated to the latest version 4.1.0., the issue was solved and the Phone filed made required in the backend could not be bypassed by typing in space in it on the front end.

    So make sure to update WooCommerce Blocks to the newest version ( you can download it from or check if the update is available in your WP Admin).

    As for the email field, I was not able to reproduce a situation where it would not be required. So check if it’s the result of some conflict on your site by following this guide:
