Email and Calendar Sync problems and very poor support

My initial review was not good – this is an updated review.
I have managed to solve the problems I was having with the help of their support staff, who ended up being professional, helpful and patient. The calendar bookings and email are all working as expected now.
So I am happier with the support and overall very satisfied with how the Amelia step bookings are working – it is a great plugin when it is eventually set up correctly.
My advice is that Amelia sort out their response times and help customers to get to the root of issues quicker by providing more detailed indications of what the issues might be. At this time, they are moving their support in-house so it looks like they are working to improve the situation.
