May I ask for assitance on two counts please?
    1. The standard or default email “Your Order has been Received” is being received but the wording does not match the email shown under Woocommerce > settings > emails > order on hold. When I amend the wording my additional words appear at the bottom of the email. Is it possible to get my words to replace these standard words:
    Hi John,
Thanks for your order. It’s on-hold until we confirm that payment has been received. In the meantime, here’s a reminder of what you ordered:

    2. I’ve checked my email address on mail-tester.com and it rates at 8.5/10 but emails are still going into spam. My concern is that when live they will go into my customer’s spam and not be noticed. My registrar supports SPF which is set up but not DKIM. Can you offer any further advice on this please?

    Hi @briannie,

There are different ways to override the customer-on-hold-order.php email template but I’d suggest doing it via a translation plugin so you can adjust the string to the desired text. For example, you can use a free translation plugin like Loco Translate (https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/).

If emails from WooCommerce are being generated but end up in the spam folder there is no issue with WooCommerce. It’s then recommended to get in touch with your email hosting provider to properly set up SPF and DKIM records and validate your email.

    Thanks!

It’s been a while since we last heard back from you, I’m going to mark this thread resolved.

Hopefully, the above information helped you out! If you have further questions, please feel free to open a new topic.

    Cheers.

Apologies for the late response. I’ve resolved the formatting of the email with a free plugin called “Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer” but as I said in my original post my email provider supports SPF but not DKIM. As the email provider is also the WordPress website host I’m loathe to move away especially as there is no guarantee that doing so will resolve the problem.
