    Can you please try disabling the Navayan subscribe plugin you are using for awhile – I think this may be creating a conflict.

    I recommend starting with your email newsletter provider’s optin code first in the sidebar, then you can test some other plugins to see that they do not conflict.

    I see that you’ve removed the other plugin and I hope that has resolved the issue. We have an extension plugin that will integrate with MailChimp or Infusionsoft.
